Genre: NA Contemporary Romance

18-year old Paige Rice, an exquisite beauty from East Hampton, NY, has just celebrated her high school graduation and is expecting to spend her summer living it up with all her socialite friends. But her parents have a different idea – she is being hauled away-literally- to the mountains of Vermont for the entire summer- in an RV!
Assuming she will be an outcast amongst the other teens at the campground still does not prepare her for the treatment she receives, which is far worse than she imagined. She also isn’t prepared for Travis, the campground owner’s son and the “Sexiest” guy she has ever laid eyes on. Travis is the only one who shows any interest in getting to know Paige. The only problem is that they have to explore what lies between them in secret. But once all the secrets are stripped away, the truth may be crushing.
***Intended for mature audiences due to language and sexual content***

Heather’s Review

4 stars- Sweet, cute & all inspiring fun read! This brought me back to a simpler time of summer camping, your first love and girlie drama. It’s a perfect summer read.
“There are two exits in the front, two exits in the middle of the main cabin and one in the rear of the plane. In the event of an emergency….” I stopped my hand gestures and my soft melodic voice. “Or in the event that your parents decide to hold you captive for the summer, push everyone out of your way and run like hell to the nearest exit.” ~Paige Rice
Paige Rice is an 18 year old who just graduated from High School. Instead of living it up for the summer with her friends like she had planned. Her parents decided they had other plans which included some quality family time traveling via RV to camp in Vermont for the summer. Leaving her best friend Tracey behind and the boy Jared she has had a crush on for the last 2 1/2 years. She is not the least bit happy about spending her summer camping out where she doesn’t know a soul. Soon after there long arrival she meets Travis Medler, the owner’s son of the campgrounds. He is tall dark, tattooed, a very smart & grounded young man. Travis is the only person who pays any attention to Paige at all. His friends treat her as if she is an outcast. Relationships are made, tested, but will too many secrets being kept, brake her first love?
What can I say about this book. It is for sure inspiring. Filled with fun, adventure, memories & of course don’t forget the hot guys. I really enjoyed Paige’s character.  She was a strong young girl who was down right rational, almost always keeping a cool head. She never really let her emotions take over through rough situations. Travis was sweet, full of life and too secretive. Even though some parts were very predictable, there were others that weren’t. Which balanced it out for me. Tracey was the best friend any girl wants and she was so loyal. I just loved her. Pri*Tee Pixes Giving Organization- Wow, to take a young girl who was inspiring to help others was really heartfelt to read about. She never took what she had for granted & getting to know more about how it came about was really amazing.
“Paige, you inspired me to love fully and every day you inspire me to be a better man, and you will always own my heart.”  ~Travis
I recommend this to anyone who loves 80’s movies, young romance, and just a sweet story line. ❤

About the Author

By no surprise my favorite hobbies are reading and writing. But beyond escaping into theHeather written fantasy world, I love experiencing new things. Surfing, motorcycle riding, snow blading, glass blowing, parasailing, SUP boarding are just a few that I have checked off my bucket list, but there is still so much more to explore. Right now, being a mom is my biggest adventure and the best by far!! In the quiet calm hours of the night though, I can usually be found typing away creating a world of romance where drama still exists but love (hopefully!!) always prevails.
